• This offer applies to the two show homes already sited at Oakdale Place – the Omar Image and Omar Newmarket in plots 3 & 24.
• The offer runs between 09:00 on 1 January 2024 and 23:59 on 11 February 2024 and is only applicable for sales with deposits taken within the same period.
• Sales must be completed within 6 weeks of the deposit being taken.
• Sales completion means that the payment must be received in full by Oakdale Place within 6 weeks of the deposit.
• The offer is for the sale of current show homes only. Existing customers and those cancelling and re-starting their purchases on or after 1 January 2024 will not be eligible for this offer.
• The promotion excludes any other associated costs/payments related to the purchase.
• Other fees, such as utilities, will still apply.
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
• The pitch fee will not be collected in 2024, saving the household all monthly payments (this fee includes water & sewerage)
• Oakdale Place reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this promotion.

• This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no monies or vouchers alternatives will be available.

• The offer runs between 09:00 on 11 January 2023 and 23:59 on 15 February 2023 and is only applicable for new sales with deposits taken within the same period.
• Sales must be completed within 6 weeks of the deposit being taken.
• Sales completion means that the payment must be received in full by Oakdale Place within 6 weeks of the deposit.
